Abstract
Belonging to the technical field of tissue engineering, the invention particularly relates to a preparation method of a cartilage tissue engineering scaffold material, which is compounded by a solvent casting particulate leaching technique. The preparation method provided in the invention is simple and safe, and is easy to operate. The obtained cartilage tissue engineering scaffold material has porosity greater than equal to 92%. Compared with the prior art, the cartilage tissue engineering scaffold material has better biodegradability and physical mechanical properties, and has a good three-dimensionally connected, microporous, and mesh microstructure.
