23 Jul Preparation method of carbon dot/polyacrylamide cartilage substitute material with fluorescent tracking performance
Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation method of an inorganic-organic compound hydrogel which has an excellent mechanical performance and can be used as a cartilage substitute material and particularly relates to a method for preparing carbon dot/polyacrylamide (CDs-PAM) fluorescent bulk phase compound hydrogel by means of a one-step method. Not only is the method simple and convenient in preparation process and cost-saving, but also the obtained material maintains good tensile performance and pressure mechanical performance of polyacrylamide. Even more importantly, carbon dots with good biological compatibility and fluorescent emission performance are doped in a polyacrylamide network structure in the preparation process, so that the hydrogel material is endowed with the good fluorescent tracking performance. Therefore, the compound material can be used as the cartilage substitute material with the fluorescent tracking performance and has a potential application value in tissue engineering.
