Abstract
The invention provides a preparation method of calcined tooth powder, the preparation method includes 1), after getting informed consent from patients, collecting natural extracted teeth from surgeryclinics of dental hospitals, removing soft tissues, dental calculi and caries tissues, which are attached to the surfaces of the teeth, and storing the teeth in normal saline for standby use after cleaning; 2), calcinating the teeth; 3), grinding the calcined teeth into powder by a mortar, and filtering the tooth powder by a filtration device until all the tooth powder can pass through the filtration device; 4), collecting the finished tooth powder into a closed container for standby use. The preparation method has the advantages that ingredients of the natural tooth powder obtained by the standard method have smooth and stable performance, and repeatability and scientificity of related researches in the tissue engineering field can be improved; raw materials for preparation of the naturaltooth powder are convenient to get, the making process is simple, convenient and easy to operate, and intensification principles are met; the natural tooth powder obtained by the standard method hasgood shaping performance; the natural tooth powder can be clinically applied to alveolar bone defect and the like through later development.
