Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation method of a bracket with a micro-nano structure. The bracket has a multistage gradient structure bracket with a micron structure and a nano structure. The bracket is obtained by co-culture of fiber with micron-scale diameter and fiber with nanoscale diameter, and being prepared by mainly including co-culture of fiber with micron-scale diameter and bacterial cellulose with nanoscale diameter. The bracket has a micro-nano multistage structure with good mechanical property, moisture absorption performance and gradient, and the requirement on the bracket material by the tissue engineering can be well met on the micro structure and macro performance. The preparation method can be implemented under normal pressure, and is simple in process, and has safe and non-toxic effects.
