Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of a bone tissue engineering bracket material, belonging to the technical field of preparation of bone tissue engineering restoration materials. The bone tissue engineering bracket material is composed of clinker fine powder of calcium phosphate and a solidifying liquid. The method comprises preparing the clinker fine powder of the calcium phosphate and the solidifying liquid, wherein the clinker fine powder of calcium phosphate is prepared by mixing treated bone meal with calcium phosphate, calcium hydrogen phosphate, calcium dihydrogen phosphate and calcium carbonate, sintering under a high temperature, and grinding into the clinker fine powder for later use, and the solidifying liquid is prepared by using agar powder and a buffer solution of citric acid-sodium citrate in proportion; and mixing the clinker fine powder of the calcium phosphate and the solidifying liquid to prepare slurry of the bone tissue engineering bracket material. The bone tissue engineering bracket material provided by the invention is high in initial curing strength and rapid in degradation after implantation, and can regulate and control a degradation speed; and porous structures formed after the degradation are beneficial for growth of new bone tissues and reconstruction of autologous bone. The material is mainly used for repairation of bone defects and bone tissue engineering brackets.
