Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following specific steps: a) preparing an antigen-extracted cancellous bone; b) preparing an antigen-extracted cancellous bone scaffold finished on the surface of a chitosan-beta-sodium glycerophosphate-collagen solution. The method adopts a combined physical and chemical method (combination of ultrasound and freeze-drying), particularly the ultrasound processing, to better solve the problem of antigen extraction of the cancellous bone scaffold, the cooperation of the ultrasound solution and the ultrasound conditions maximally reduces the antigen, and the antigen-extracted cancellous bone scaffold has a better mechanical property.
