23 Jul Preparation method of biomedical porous magnesium bone tissue engineering scaffold
Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a biomedical porous magnesium bone tissue engineering scaffold. The method includes: (1) using reverse engineering and CAD technology to obtain an initial CAD model; (2) using CAE analysis software to optimize the initial CAD model; (3) amending the initial CAD model to obtain the amended CAD model; (4) slicing and layering the amended CAD model by using layering software to obtain contour data; (5) mixing the magnesium alloy powder and calcium carbonate powder to obtain a mixed powder; (6) fusing the mixed powder layer by layer with a laser rapid forming machine to obtain the bone tissue engineering scaffold; and (7) performing degradation velocity experiment for all the bone tissue engineering scaffolds to select the bone tissue engineering scaffold. The laser parameters layer by layer includes: scanning speed of 3-4m/s; power of 30-40w; scanning interval of 1-1.5mm; and spot diameter of 0.3-0.4mm. The prepared bone tissue engineering scaffold has gradient porous structure, good biocompatibility and controllable degradation velocity.
