Abstract
The invention provides a preparation method of a biological active bone tissue engineering material. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: taking an armorphous nano-hydroxyapatite solution; ultrasonically dispersing; dissolving silk fibroin and sulfated silk fibroin into the armorphous nano-hydroxyapatite solution and uniformly mixing; pre-cooling at 0-4 DEG C for 1-5 hours; pre-freezing for 6-24 hours at a temperature in a range of -20 DEG C to -70 DEG C; and freezing and drying at a temperature in a range of -40 DEG C to -80 DEG C to obtain the biological active bone tissue engineering material. A biological active cartilage tissue repaired porous composite bracket is prepared and the sulfated silk fibroin is introduced to obtain the degradability and the high biological activity; gene expression of pre-repaired tissue cells can be activated and the multiplication and the differentiation of the cells are improved; and tissue organs are initiatively induced and stimulated to be regenerated so that a concept of introducing a biological active bone repairing material into a biological material for regenerating and reappearing a human body defected tissue organ is realized.
