Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of a bioactive factor loaded bone-like ceramic composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1. preparing a modified calcined bone material; 2. preparing a carboxymethyl chitosan solution which is 10-30mg/ml through tri-distilled water, and regulating pH to a range of 5.8-6.5; 3. uniformly mixing the carboxymethyl chitosan solution with pH regulated, the modified calcined bone material and bone morphogenetic protein, and molding; and drying at 50-60 DEG C to obtain the bioactive factor loaded bone-like ceramic composite material. A degradation cycle of the prepared bioactive factor loaded bone-like ceramic composite material disclosed by the invention is consistent with bone formation and bone remodeling processes, and the composite material, due to a degradation property thereof, is suitable to serve as an artificial bone substitute material. The material, co-cultivated with two tissue engineering seed cell mesenchymal stem cells, is free from cytotoxicity, and is capable of promoting cell proliferation and differentiation.
