Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a bacterial cellulose three-dimensional display porous scaffold, comprising steps as follows: construction of a digital model of a porous scaffold three-dimensional structure, design of the three-dimensional display porous structure by the utilization of the digital model, and calculation of a negative type by Boolean operation. A paraffin negative type of the three-dimensional display porous scaffold can be prepared by a rapid three-dimensional moulding technology. A bacterial strain which can secrete bacterial cellulose is selected for activation so as to prepare a seed mash; the seed mash is uniformly dripped on the paraffin negative type which has been undergone sterilization treatment; and a fermentation medium is added for culture for 6-14d. A fermentation product undergoes paraffin removal and purification processing so as to obtain the bacterial cellulose three-dimensional display porous scaffold. The preparation method provided by the invention requires a simple technology, is convenient to operate and can be adopted to prepare the three-dimensional display porous scaffold having a complicated shape. In addition, through methods of changing the design scheme, technological parameters and the like, appearance, micropore dimension and three-dimensional display pores of the scaffold can be regulated and controlled. The prepared three-dimensional display porous scaffold can be applied in the field of tissue engineering for construction of skin, bone, cartilage, blood vessel and the like.
