Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of an antigen-extracted bone stent material. The preparation method comprises the following steps of pretreating an animal cancellous bone, soaking into deionized water, and soaking for 8 to 12h by ultrasonic waves; fetching out the cancellous bone, and soaking into pancreatin for 3 to 6h at the temperature of 37 DEG C; cleaning, and spin-drying; soaking the cancellous bone into a methyl alcohol/chloroform solution with volume ratio of 1:1, and soaking for 24 to 48h at room temperature; cleaning, and spin-drying; soaking the cancellous bone into an H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide) water solution with mass concentration of 10 to 20%, and soaking for 6 to 12h at room temperature; cleaning, freeze-drying, and sterilizing, so as to obtain the antigen-extracted bone stent material. The antigen-extracted bone stent material prepared by the preparation method has the advantages that the mechanical property is good, the pore diameter is suitable for cell growth, the amount of DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) residue is low, the antigen extracting property is excellent, a collagen component well remains, the good cell compatibility is realized, the antigen-extracted bone stent material is suitable for the study and application of bone tissue engineering, and the antigen-extracted bone stent material is used as the bone injury restoration material in clinical therapy.
