23 Jul Preparation method of aliphatic polycarbonates
Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of high-polymer synthetic chemistry, and provides a method for preparing aliphatic polycarbonates, which has the advantages of simple technique, low cost, recyclable catalyst and environment friendliness. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out polymerization reaction on aliphatic carbonate monomer used as a reaction raw material, orthophenyl disulfimide used as an organic catalyst and alcohol used as an initiator in a mole ratio of (20-300):(0.1-5):1 in an organic solvent at 20-60 DEG C for 1-24 hours; and after the reaction finishes, obtaining the product and recovering the catalyst for reutilization (disclosed in the specification). The method provided by the invention overcomes the defect that the organic catalyst can not be recovered in the past aliphatic polycarbonate preparation process. The aliphatic polycarbonates are a type of polymers with favorable mechanical properties, and can be applied to the fields of food packaging, plastic films and the like; and the aliphatic polycarbonates are the polymers with excellent biocompatibility and biodegradability, and can be applied to the fields of drug carriers, tissue engineering materials, surgical sutures, medical screws and the like.
