23 Jul Preparation method of aldehyde-containing phosphorylcholine polymer and dopamine cross-linked coating
Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of an aldehyde-containing phosphorylcholine polymer and dopamine cross-linked coating. The method comprises the steps of 1, preparing an aldehyde-containing phosphorylcholine polymer; 2, dissolving the dopamine and the aldehyde-containing phosphorylcholine polymer in a polar solvent to obtain a mixed solution, coating the mixed solution onto the surface of a to-be-modified material, and drying the to-be-modified material; 3, placing the dried to-be-modified material in an alkaline aqueous solution, and heating the material at 40 DEG C to 90 DEC C for 2-12 hours to obtain a cross-linked adhesive bionic coating of a cell outer membrane-simulated structure. The preparation method is simple and convenient in operation, which provides a novel approach for preparing a stable surface with the cross-linked adhesive bionic coating of the cell outer membrane-simulated structure. The prepared coating has a wide application prospect in the fields of blood purification, in-vivo implantation materials, tissue engineering, drug sustained release, biological sensors and the like.
