Abstract
The invention provides a preparation method for a TPGS medicine carrying lipidosome-natural material composite nano-fiber bracket. The preparation method comprises the following three steps: step 1: adopting a thin film dispersing method to prepare the medicine carrying lipidosome decorated by polyethyleneglycol Vitamin E succinic acid ester TPGS; step 2: preparing aqueous solution containing a natural material; adding the aqueous solution in the medicine carrying lipidosome suspension decorated by the TPGS; sealing and stirring until the solution is transparent to obtain mixed spinning solution; step 3: conducting static spinning by adopting the mixed spinning solution prepared in the step 2 to obtain the natural material composite nano-fiber bracket loading the medicine carrying lipidosome decorated by TPGS. The composite nano-fiber bracket has favorable biocompatibility, and is high in medicine loading capacity and transfection efficiency; the preparation method is simple, and mild in reaction conditions; the composite nano-fiber bracket has unique advantages when the bracket is used as a medicine slow release carrier and a tissue engineering scaffold, and has broad application prospect in the field of biomedicine.
