Preparation method for tissue engineering scaffold material

Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a preparation method for a tissue engineering scaffold material. The method comprises the following steps of: mixing sucrose fibers with particles to obtain a mixture; mixing the mixture with degradable polymer and a solvent; freezing to obtain a complex; and removing the solvent and the mixture from the complex to obtain the tissue engineering scaffold material. A fiber and particle joint pore forming method is introduced, and the sucrose fibers and the particles are used as a pore forming agent. Compared with a particle pore forming method in the prior art, the pore forming method has the advantages that: the connectivity among formed pores because of wider connection among the fibers is greatly improved, the porosity is improved, and the pore closing rate is lower. Experimental results show that the compression strength of the tissue engineering scaffold material prepared by the fiber and particle joint pore forming method is between 0.3 and 0.32MPa, and the strength meets the requirements on the tissue engineering scaffold material.
