Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: firstly, adopting a precipitation method for preparing biphase calcium phosphate precursor powder; roasting the biphase calcium phosphate precursor powder, thereby acquiring biphase calcium phosphate ceramic powder; uniformly mixing the biphase calcium phosphate ceramic powder with an egg white binder, thereby acquiring a sizing agent A; adding the sizing agent A into distilled water and uniformly stirring, thereby acquiring a dipping sizing agent; adopting a laser processing forming technique for preparing an organic polyurethane foam carrier with regular through holes; placing the organic polyurethane foam carrier into the dipping sizing agent and drying, thereby acquiring a dipped green body B; thermally treating the dipped green body B, thereby acquiring a porous biphase calcium phosphate bracket C; uniformly mixing silica gel with distilled water, thereby acquiring a silica gel aqueous solution; soaking the porous biphase calcium phosphate bracket C into the silica gel aqueous solution; and thermally treating, thereby acquiring the porous SiO2/biphase calcium phosphate compound bracket. The method is simple in process and the prepared porous material is high in porosity.
