23 Jul Preparation method for porous composite support material
Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method for a porous composite support material. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: adding a polycrylactone-chitosan composite material into a pore-foaming agent, slowly stirring, then adding corn starch, and uniformly blending to obtain a turbid liquid; and transferring the turbid liquid in a die, performing isostatic pressing, then fixing the turbid liquid taken out of the die in an organic solvent, drying, and then soaking in distilled water to obtain the porous composite support material. Via the mode, the porous composite support material prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has pores with the diameter which is same as the pore diameter of bone tissue engineering, the compression modulus of the material can increase to 23.5MPa, and the interface bonding of the material is good. The preparation method is simple to operate, adopts the raw materials with low price, generates few harmful substances during a preparation process, and can be popularized and applied in a large scale.
