Abstract
The invention discloses a method for preparing polysaccharide microspheres, and provides a means for cross-linking a polysaccharide microsphere material by a medicine. According to the method, a hyaluronic acid microsphere material with stable structure is obtained via the action of medicine cross-linking, and by taking hyaluronic acid as a matrix material and adopting an inverse emulsion cross-linking technology. According to the method disclosed by the invention, a toxic chemical cross-linking agent is avoided, the biological activity of hyaluronic acid and the embedded medicine can be reserved, and the use safety of the polysaccharide microsphere material can be remarkably improved. The method disclosed by the invention is simple and practicable in process and equipment, and safe to operate, has the advantages of being low in preparation temperature, fast in curing speed, short in treatment period and the like, and has an application value in the aspects of medicine controlled release and tissue engineering.
