23 Jul Preparation method for PCL-TN film served as tissue engineering scaffold
Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of tissue engineering and specifically relates to a preparation method for a PCL-TN film served as a tissue engineering scaffold. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) fully mixing acetic acid with formic acid, thereby acquiring a mixed organic acid; 2) successively dissolving PCL and TN in the mixed organic acid, thereby acquiring a PCL/TN solution; 3) putting the PCL/TN solution into a high-voltage electrostatic spinning device for electrostatic spinning, thereby acquiring a nanofiber film; 4) putting the nanofiber film into a PBS buffersolution and neutralizing, thereby acquiring the PCL/TN film; 5) sterilizing the neutralized PCL/TN film, thereby acquiring the product. The invention fills up the blank of tannin at the aspect of nanofiber scaffold; the PCL/TN nanofiber is prepared through high-voltage electrostatic spinning; the PCL-TN film has high porosity and excellent hydrophilia, biocompatibility and biodegradability.
