Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method for a nano hydroxyapatite/cyclodextrin based polyurethane composite porous bone tissue engineering bracket, and belongs to the field of bone tissue engineering, and the nano hydroxyapatite/cyclodextrin based polyurethane composite porous bone tissue engineering bracket can be used for bone tissue regeneration and repair. The nano hydroxyapatite/cyclodextrin based polyurethane composite porous bracket utilizes beta-cyclodextrin as a soft section component synthesized from polyurethane, and the soft section performs addition reaction with a hard-section component aliphatic diisocyanate (hexamethylene diisocyanate), and nano hydroxyapatite is further compounded in situ to obtain the porous bracket material. The preparation method adopts natural andnon-toxic synthesis raw materials, is simple in preparation process and is low in cost.
