PREPARATION METHOD FOR AND USE OF HYBRID HYDROGEL MATERIAL

Abstract

Provided are a hybrid hydrogel material, a preparation method therefor, and use thereof in tissue engineering, medical materials and drug loading. The hybrid hydrogel material is prepared by electrostatically binding a polypeptide-polyethylene glycol-polypeptide triblock copolymer with a fish sperm DNA. The preparation method has a low cost and mild formation conditions, and exhibits responsiveness, reversibility, self-healing and the like properties. The hybridized hydrogel material prepared by the method not only has the biodegradability of copolymers and the ordering and controllability of structural units of DNA, but also has the characteristics of a transient network structure, and also solves the toxicity caused by the use of a photoinitiator and a chemical crosslinker.
