Abstract
The application of the invention relates to a porous biological cellulose gel material and application thereof to preparation of frames for tissue engineering. According to the invention, solid paraffin microballoons are added into a biological cellulose medium for fermentation; during fermentation, biological cellulose produced by microbes clad the solid paraffin microballoons; and after fermentation, the coated solid paraffin is removed to obtain the porous biological cellulose gel material. The porous cellulose gel material provided by the invention can provide space for cell migration and nutrient penetration, and further enhance attachment performance of the cells, and is more suitable for preparation of frames for tissue engineering.
