Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method and application of a multilevel orientation porous superfine electric spinning composite fiber membrane. The method comprises the following steps of firstly adding reducing graphene into a dichloromethane solvent to perform ultrasonic dispersion, then adding reducing graphene dispersion liquid and polylactic acid into an airtight vessel which containsdichloromethane, stirring and performing ultrasonic treatment to prepare a macromolecular solution; in a condition of certain relative humidity, putting the prepared macromolecular solution in an airtight injection syringe, spinning on an electrostatic spinning device to form the multilevel orientation porous superfine electric spinning composite fiber membrane with a stable segment which has a length of 20cm or more. The method can be used for solving the problems that in the prior art, the fiber membrane is poor in electrical performance, the dispersion of graphene is not uniform and the biological activity is low, according to the fiber membrane prepared in the invention, the fiber diameter is relatively fine and can be up to 369-2,350nm, the fiber is in orientation arrangement, the fiber surface has an orientation hole structure, the orientation growth and distribution of cells can be adjusted and controlled, the fiber membrane has relatively high mechanical performance, the fiberbreaking strength is 70-122MPa, and the fiber membrane is mainly applied in biological tissue engineering support materials.
