Thepreparation method of the liver tissue inducement hydrogel material includes the steps: B preparation of a rat liver ECM (extracellular matrix) hydrogel: freeze drying an accellular liver tissue to make powder; mixing the powder and hydrochloric acid-pepsin solution; adjusting a pH (potential of hydrogen) value to reach a physiological status to obtain the rat liver ECM hydrogel. The application of the liver tissue inducement hydrogel material is expected to be developed into a drug for treating ischemic liver diseases.
