Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method and application of honeysuckle flower/herba menthae composite polysaccharide hydrogel. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) taking honeysuckle flower/herba menthae polysaccharide powder, then adding deionized water in a reaction kettle, and stirring for 2 hours; (2) weighing honeysuckle flower/herba menthae polysaccharide, preparing a saturated solution, and reacting for 8 hours under a lucifugal state; (3) after completing the reaction, adding ethylene glycol into a reaction system, and stirring; (4) after completing the reaction, adding sodium chloride; (5) adding 95 percent of ethyl alcohol in the reaction system, carrying out suction filtration after stirring, then dialyzing by using a dialysis bag of which the molecular weight cutoff is 3500, and drying for 12 hours under 50 DEG C, thus obtaining oxidized honeysuckle flower/herba menthae polysaccharide; (6) weighing the oxidized honeysuckle flower/herba menthae polysaccharide in the reaction kettle, and adding distilled water; weighing and dissolving N,O-carboxymethyl chitosan into the distilled water, mixing the two solutions in equal volume, and standing under a room temperature, thus obtaining honeysuckle flower/herba menthae polysaccharide hydrogel having anti-bacterial and anti-inflammation functions. The application is that the honeysuckle flower/herba menthae polysaccharide is used for anti-bacterial and anti-inflammation wound dressings and potential tissue engineering materials.
