Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of degradable materials and particularly relates to a preparation method and application of degradable tissue engineering filling materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps of dissolving 3-9 g of HA in 20-100 mL of water, stirring to obtain a suspension and standing for 3-5 h; dissolving 2-8 g of PLGA in 40-100 mL of analytical pure N, N-dimethylformamide (DMF) and 10-50 mL of analytically pure dichloromethane (CH2Cl2) and homogenizing for 5 h; till the PLGA is fully dissolved, dropwise adding the HA suspension in the PLGA solution to geta white emulsion, homogenizing the emulsion for 5 h at room temperature to evenly mix the PLGA and HA suspension; homogenizing and adding excessive absolute ethyl alcohol, and putting the obtained suspension into space with the temperature of 0-4 DEG C, standing for 5 h; performing suction filtration on the refrigerated solution through a circulating vacuum filter pump, boiling for 5 times by 100DEG C distilled water, and drying in a drying box at 180 DEC G for 5-10 h. The degradable tissue engineering filling materials has a certain plasticity and good biological activity.
