Abstract
The invention discloses preparation and applications of a gel factor and a hydrogel thereof, and belongs to the field of material science and technology. According to the present invention, the amphiphilic structure of the gel factor contains a peptide chain as a hydrophilic group, wherein the side groups of at least two amino acids in the peptide chain contain aromatic groups, at least two amino acids containing aromatic groups are adjacent to each other, and the hydrophobic groups coupled to the peptide chain contain at least two aromatic groups positioned at different planes; and the adjacent amino acids having the aromatic groups in the gel factor produce the hydrogen bond action force the [pi]-[pi] conjugation action force between the gel factors, the molecules of the aromatic groups positioned at different planes in the hydrophobic groups produce the [pi]-[pi] conjugation action force between the gel factors, the gel factors are aggregated through the non-covalent interactions between the molecules while the gel factors form the fiber structure after the hydrophilic-hydrophobic action force of the amphiphilic structure achieves the balance, the fiber structures are mutually wound to form the hydrogel, and the good performance and the good application prospects are provided in the fields of cell culture and tissue engineering.
