Abstract
The invention discloses preparation and application of a PGS (polyglycerol sebacate)/polylactic acid core-shell structure nanofiber membrane which is used for a biological tissue engineering scaffoldmaterial. Polylactic acid, sebacic acid and glycerol serve as raw materials, the preparation method includes the steps: firstly, synthesizing polyglycerol sebacate in a nitrogen environment by the aidof the sebacic acid and the glycerol at the temperature of 160 DEG C; secondly, preparing a nanofiber with a core-shell structure from the polylactic acid and the polyglycerol sebacate by a coaxial electrospinning process; finally, curing the PGS/polylactic acid fiber by heat curing. The technology is simple, and the prepared nanofiber membrane is large in specific surface area, good in flexibility and high in tensile strength and has an important application value for rapid degradation of the biological tissue engineering scaffold material.
