Preparation and application of nano-magnesium hydroxide regionally polylactic acid-caprolactone coated stent for repairing spinal injuries

Abstract

The present invention discloses a preparation and an application of a nano-magnesium hydroxide regionally polylactic acid-caprolactone coated stent for repairing spinal injuries, and constructs a Mg-PCL-PLA bionic bone tissue stent, and nano-magnesium hydroxide is loaded inside PCL-PLA material tubes. The novel bionic bone tissue engineering stent is constructed by a method of modifying polylacticacid-polycaprolactone with the nano-magnesium hydroxide. The stent has good mechanical properties and can also promote growth of bone cells and nerve cells. The cell repairing method is new and freeof toxic and side effects, can contribute to treatment of the spinal injuries and can promote progress and development of bone tissue engineering.
