The invention relates to application of a hVE-cad-Fc fusion protein in facilitation of cell vascularization with a modified substrate. Preferably, the sequence of the hVE-cad-Fc fusion protein is shown as SEQ ID NO:1, wherein the sequence of SEQ ID NO:2 represents the sequence of hVE-cad; the sequence of SEQ ID NO:3 represents the sequence of Fc.
