Abstract

The invention discloses a porous low-modulus austenite stainless steel. The porous low-modulus austenite stainless steel is of a single-phase austenite structure and comprises the elements, by weight, of 13%-19% of Cr, 8%-12% of Mn, 2%-4% of Mo, 0.6%-3% of N, below 0.57% of Ni and the balance Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein the inevitable impurities are smaller than or equal to 0.44%. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the porous low-modulus austenite stainless steel. The porous low-modulus austenite stainless steel has the high-content austenite structure, the elastic modulus matched with human body bone tissue, moderate mechanical performance, excellent corrosion resistance performance, mechanical compatibility and biocompatibility, meanwhile, is controllable in porosity and structure and excellent in corrosion resistance performance, mechanical performance and biocompatibility, quite suitable for being used in aspects of medical implant materials, medical tool materials, jewelries and other stainless steel products which often make contact with human bodies and can be also used in the aspects of chemical engineering and environment protection.
