Porous lithium-doped calcium polyphosphate scaffold material and preparation method and application thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a porous lithium-doped calcium polyphosphate scaffold material and a preparation method and application thereof and belongs to the technical field of preparation of medical tissue engineering scaffold materials. The preparation method includes, weighing lithium dihydrogen phosphate powder and monocalcium phosphate powder and mixing the powder uniformly, calcining the mixed powder to perform polyreaction, melting the powder, and then quenching, drying and pulverizing; adding appropriate pore forming agent such as isocyanate or polystyrene microspheres into the produced powder, mixing uniformly and sufficiently, and then shaping, sintering and cooling to the room temperature; thereby obtaining the porous lithium-doped calcium polyphosphate scaffold material. The preparation method is easy to operate, and stocks for preparing the scaffold material are feasible, green and environmentally friendly. The scaffold material prepared by the method has the advantages of high biocompatibility, osteoconduction, bone inductivity and biodegradability, and can be applied to construction of bone tissue engineering materials.
