Abstract
The invention discloses a method for preparing novel porous frozen gel with in-situ coated cells. The method includes dissolving double-bond functionalized macromolecules in phosphate buffer solution with glycerin and serum or with dimethyl sulfoxide and serum; uniformly dispersing cells into the solution; slowly freezing the cells; carrying out cross-linking to form the porous frozen gel with the in-situ coated cells. The invention further discloses the porous frozen gel with the in-situ coated cells. The porous frozen gel with the in-situ coated cells is prepared by the aid of the method. The method and the porous frozen gel have the advantages that the porous frozen gel prepared by the aid of the method is excellent in biocompatibility and high in elasticity, is of a through hole structure and can be used as a cell carrier, a tissue engineering/repair stent material and the like, and accordingly the method and the porous frozen gel are broad in application to the field of biomedical materials.
