Abstract

The invention relates to a porous combined stent for bone tissue engineering and a preparing method of the porous combined stent, and belongs to the field of technique application of biomedical materials. According to the method, beta-tricalcium phosphate powder, konjac glucomanan and silica sol serve as raw materials, and a porous beta-tricalcium phosphate stent is prepared through the processes of curing, drying, heat treatment and the like; then, the prepared porous beta-tricalcium phosphate stent is combined with CaSO4, and the porous beta-tricalcium phosphate/CaSO4 combined stent for bone tissue engineering is prepared. The porosity of the porous beta-tricalcium phosphate/CaSO4 combined stent can be regulated within the range of 30-90%, the pore diameter of the stent ranges from 100 micrometers to 900 micrometers, the thickness of the pore wall ranges from about 50 micrometers to 400 micrometers, and the compressive strength of the stent ranges from about 4 Mpa to 30 Mpa. The porous combined stent is simple in process, convenient to operate and stable in yield. According to the stent prepared through the method, cytotoxicity is qualified, the osteogenesis effect is good, and good application prospects are achieved.
