Abstract
The invention discloses a polyvinylpyrrolidone-b-polycaprolactone block polymer and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out free-radical polymerization to obtain a low-molecular-weight hydroxyl-terminated polyvinylpyrrolidone, and carrying out ring-opening polymerization on caprolactone by using the low-molecular-weight hydroxyl-terminated polyvinylpyrrolidone as a macromolecular initiator, thereby obtaining the polyvinylpyrrolidone-b-polycaprolactone block polymer. The block polymer can be widely used in the fields of human body stents in tissue engineering, long-term drug release systems, biological adhesives and the like. The preparation method has the advantages of simple technique and high yield, and is easy to operate.
