Abstract
The invention discloses a PVA/Na-CMC nanofiber, a preparation method and an application. The nanofiber comprises, by mass, 10%-40% of Na-CMC and the balance PVA, and can be applied to the biomedical field as a pH-sensitive material. The preparation method includes blending PVA and Na-CMC solutions and preparing the nanofiber through an electrostatic spinning technique. The prepared nanofiber is high in porosity, good in biocompatibility and pH-sensitive; the preparation is simple in process and easy to handle; and the application of the nanofiber in tissue engineering is wide.
