23 Jul Polyurethane-urethane composite material based on halloysite and arginine modification and preparation and application thereof
Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of tissue engineering materials, and discloses a polyurethane-urethane composite material based on halloysite and arginine modification and a preparation and an application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: 1) performing pre-polymerization of polycaprolactone diol and hexamethylene diisocyanate under the action of an initiator under inert atmosphere and stirring condition, cooling the materials to 40-70 DEG C, adding a L-arginine-1,8-octylene glycol ester solution, continuously reacting the materials for 5-10h, and performing stepsof dilution, dialysis, and freeze drying to obtain the polyurethane-urethane material; and 2) dissolving the polyurethane-urethane material in an organic solvent, adding the halloysite nanotubes, dispersing uniformly the materials, and forming a film to obtain the composite material. The method of the invention is simple, and the prepared composite material has good physical and chemical properties as well as biological properties, can promote the formation of new bone and repair of bone defects, and achieves self-degradation; and is used in the field of bone tissue engineering materials.
