Abstract
Disclosed are a polymeric compound to which tris(2-carboxyethyl)phosphine (TCEP) is bonded, and a crosslinked polymeric compound in which said polymeric compound and a polymeric compound having an acryl functional group are bonded with each other through a Michael addition reaction and crosslinked. The crosslinked polymeric compound according to the present invention is prepared as a hydrogel and used as a drug delivery carrier, tissue engineering scaffold, or cell therapy agent.
