Polymer tissue engineering porous bracket material without residual organic solvent and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a polymer tissue engineering porous bracket material without residual organic solvent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) performing melt blending of two thermoplastic polymers to obtain a molten blend; (2) pressing the molten blend into a blend body; (3) putting the blend body in a high-pressure reaction kettle, introducing a foaming gas and heating and pressurizing to be over the supercritical point of the foaming gas so that the foaming gas is converted into a supercritical fluid, and keeping the temperature and pressure; and after the supercritical fluid reaches a saturated state in the blend body, keeping the temperature unchanged and lowering the pressure in the high-pressure reaction kettle to normal pressure at a speed of 5-15MPa/s so that the blend body is foamed to obtain a foamed body; and (4) immersing the foamed body in distilled water for etching. In the method disclosed by the invention, a tissue engineering bracket material with a porous structure is prepared without using an organic solvent for sure in the preparation process.
