Abstract
A polymer solution seepage device for tissue engineering for preparing polymer multihole support material for tissue engineering, it is characterized in that the device is composed of cover, cylinder, compaction net and support net, the compaction net and the support net are disposed in the cylinder and pore-forming agent grains are deposited between them. The cover is disposed at the opening of the cylinder, a sealing ring is disposed between the cover and the cylinder, air input hole and air discharge hole are disposed on the cover and/or the cylinder and respectively on the outside of the compaction net and support net. The multihole foam materials obtained by the present utility model has unique hole structure namely through-hole structure. The device can form positive pressure by blowing air into the preparing device through air input hole, and form negative pressure by pumping air through the air discharge hole, thereby the polymer solution can be filtered into the pore-forming agent, then the multipole support material can be obtained after removing the solvent and pore-forming agent.
