Abstract
The invention provides polymer microspheres of high-capture slow-release high-activity bone morphogenetic proteins. A phospholipid-bone morphogenetic protein mixture is prepared at first, and then ismixed with a high polymer material to obtain composite microspheres. The grain size of the microspheres is 100-300 mu m, the appearances of the microspheres have tiny micropore structures, and the high-capture slow-release high-activity bone morphogenetic proteins can be slowly released to an external environment from the insides of the polymer microspheres. The prepared polymer composite microspheres can effectively load the bone morphogenetic proteins, the bone morphogenetic proteins can be released slowly, and high activity of the proteins can be maintained. The polymer composite microspheres can be used for the fields of bone tissue engineering and the like.
