Abstract
The invention provides a poly(gamma-butyrolactone)-b-polylactic acid segmented copolymer and a preparation method thereof. The poly(gamma-butyrolactone)-b-polylactic acid segmented copolymer preparedby the method is a novel high polymer material, raw materials can be obtained from biomass by virtue of a fermentation method, the dependence on a petrifaction resource can be reduced, and the emission of greenhouse gas can be reduced; meanwhile, a prepared polymer material has good biodegradability and biological compatibility, and the poly(gamma-butyrolactone)-b-polylactic acid segmented copolymer has wide application prospect in the aspects of drug carriers and tissue engineering scaffolds in the biomedicine field. By adopting the method provided by the invention, the constitution and length of different segments in the poly(gamma-butyrolactone)-b-polylactic acid segmented copolymer can be effectively controlled.
