Abstract
The invention relates to polyelectrolyte compound hydrogel and a preparation method thereof and mainly relates to the field of high polymer materials. According to the method, chitosan and polyacrylic acid are dissolved in solvents containing KOH, LiOH*H2O and CO(NH2)2, and a chitosan solution and a polyacrylic acid solution are obtained; the two solutions are blended, a certain amount of epichlorohydrin is added, the mixture is stirred for certain time and subjected to centrifugal defoaming, a product is sucked into an injector for consolidation forming, and the polyelectrolyte compound hydrogel taking chitosan and polyacrylic acid as raw materials is prepared. The polyelectrolyte compound hydrogel has a certain swelling rate and has the highest swelling rate, the largest pH value and the highest salt sensitivity and also the highest responsiveness to a physiological solution on the whole when the ratio of the chitosan solution to the polyacrylic acid solution is 6:4. Therefore, the polyelectrolyte compound hydrogel is expected to be widely applied in the fields such as agriculture, food, tissue engineering, controlled release and the like.
