Abstract
The present invention relates to a tissue engineering polymer supporting body in which protein/peptide is immobilized based on polydopamin coating and a manufacturing method thereof. The polymer supporting body according to the present invention is a polymer supporting body which peptide derived from proteins having cell adhesion properties or biological activity and polydopamin are connected, wherein protein/peptide having cell adhesion properties is immobilized as compared with convention supporting body so that proliferation of human pluripotent stem cells can be enhanced and protein/peptide having biological activity is effectively immobilized on the surface so that excellent differentiation to osteocytes of mesenchyma stem cells can be achieved. In addition, by stably immobilizing various bioactive substances on the surface of the polymer supporting body, there is possibility of cellular transplantation therapy using differentiation of stem cells and differentiated cells.
