Abstract
The invention discloses a poly(beta-amino ester) drug delivery system carrying bioactive substances and a preparation method thereof. Poly(beta-amino ester) is taken as a main chain, hydrophobic drugand poly(beta-amino ester) are coupled on the main chain through click chemical reaction, nano microspheres different in size are formed through effect of hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity, and a nanomicrosphere system can better penetrate tissue and can better realize treatment effect. Hydrophilic drug and poly(beta-amino ester) are coupled on the main chain through click chemical reaction, andpolyethylene glycol on the poly(beta-amino ester) main chain can prolong half life of bioactive substances (polypeptide, antibody and drug) and improve bioavailability of the bioactive substances. Thepreparation method can simply and quickly prepare polypeptide, protein and hydrophilic-hydrophobic drug carriers, and the system can be used in the fields of drug treatment, tissue damage recovery and drug slow-release such as bone tissue engineering, nerve tissue engineering, tumor treatment and cardio-cerebrovascular treatment.
