Abstract
Poly(2-substituted carbonyl-2-methytrimethene carbonate) is prepared with Poly(2-carbethoxy-2-methytrimethene carbonate) as raw material and through ammonolysis. Because of the side chain function radical, it is possible to make the polymer bond with various medicine to form controlled or sustained release polymer medicine system, bond with various bioactive molecular to improve the biological compatibility and bioactivity of material, or boad with some functional groups to alter its performance, so that the polymer may find its important application in controlled release of medicine, tissue engineering, gene treatment and other fields.
