Abstract

The invention relates to a poly citrate/chitin nanometer whisker tissue engineering scaffold, and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises following steps: 1, chitin nanometer whisker is dispersed in a solvent so as to obtain a dispersion liquid; 2, a poly citrate performed polymer is added so as to obtain a mixed solution; 3, vacuum freeze drying is carried out; 4, a solventis added for mixing so as to obtain a poly citrate performed polymer /chitin nanometer whisker slurry; 5, 3D printing is carried out so as to obtain a poly citrate performed polymer /chitin nanometerwhisker scaffold; and 6, thermocuring crosslinking is carried out so as to obtain the poly citrate/chitin nanometer whisker tissue engineering scaffold. According to the preparation method, 3D printing is adopted to prepare a nanometer composite elastomer material with chitin nanometer whisker uniformly dispersed in a poly citrate matrix; the preparation method is simple and safe, and is friendlyto the environment; and the poly citrate/chitin nanometer whisker tissue engineering scaffold is excellent in biological degradability, biocompatibility, and mechanical properties.
