Abstract
Poly(5-substitutent-1,4-dioxane-2-ketone) containing functional side radical is synthesized with 5-benzyloxymethyl-1,4-dioxane-2-ketone monomer as material and through ring-opening polymerization. Bymeans of changing side chain functional radical, the physical, chemical and biological properties of corresponding polymer are changed. For example, the present invention can raise the vitrification point and hydrophilicity of dioxane ketone, improve its biological compatibility and physical and mechanical performance, regulate its degradation rate, and make it well meet the requirement as biomedicine material. The present invention is used in preparing medicine control releasing material, tissue engineering material and biodegradable hydrogel.
