PNAGA reinforced aldehyde hydrazine cross-linked injectable hydrogel and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a PNAGA-reinforced aldehyde hydrazine cross-linked injectable hydrogel and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of biomedical materials. The methodis specifically: firstly reacting glycinamide hydrochloride with acryloyl chloride to obtain N-acryloyl glycinamide, which is referred to as NAGA; then initiating radical polymerization by an initiator to obtain polymer PNAGA, purifying and drying; then preparing a polymer PNAGA aqueous solution; separately dissolving hydroformylated polysaccharide and a hydrazine compound in the polymer PNAGA aqueous solution, and finally injecting the two composite aqueous solutions through a double- cylinder syringe to form the hydrogel in situ. The strength of the hydrogel enhanced by the PNAGA is remarkable. The hydrogel can be used as a carrier material for tissue engineering scaffolds or water-soluble drugs, and is expected to be applied in the field of biomedicine.
