Abstract

The invention discloses a PLGA-chitosan one-way slow-release membrane and a preparation method and use thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a PLGA solution as a solution 1 with a volatile organic solvent, pouring the solution 1 into a die, and naturally airing, so as to obtain a PLGA membrane; (2) preparing a PLGA solution with a volatile organic solvent, adding carboxylated chitosan, mixing evenly as a solution 2, pouring the solution 2 on the PLGA membrane evenly, and naturally airing to obtain a dual-layer membrane; and (3) preparing a chitosan solution and a carboxylated chitosan solution, mixing, adding genipin, adding protein drugs or fat-soluble drugs, mixing evenly to form a solution 3, pouring on the dual-layer membrane evenly, placing and drying. The PLGA-chitosan one-way slow-release membrane disclosed by the invention is used at room temperature, is capable of releasing the drug in a one-way manner, can be used as a drug carrier and a tissue engineering scaffold, is good in biodegradability and biocompatibility, and is capable of carrying the fat-soluble drugs and protein drugs.
